O’Dwyer Personnel is a Black female owned recruitment and staffing company based in Cape Town servicing clients across South Africa and the UK with over 18 years experience in the recruitment industries both in the UK and South Africa. We are passionate about partnering with our clients to help support their resourcing needs in the most cost and time effective manner, whether this be permanent, temp or contract recruitment as well as consultancy services in the fields of Recruitment, HR, IT, Legal, Call Centre and the Business Process Outsourcing industries. We pride ourselves on our client and candidate centricity which is evidenced by the growth we have experienced as a result of the excellent work we have done with a variety of clients from JSE Listed companies to very small family owned businesses. We are able to do this as we are passionate about having long term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates through really understanding their needs and giving them what they want.
