About O'Flynn's Gourmet Sausage Company
Welcome to O Flynn’s Gourmet Sausage Company, a family business where we are all about making the best, most succulent and tasty sausages. We use the finest of meats and ingredients to bring our valued customer’s, as we like to say, Proper Sausages. Established in 1921, we are third generation Sausage Maker’s and pride ourselves on our quality service and flavourful food which has been feeding the people of Cork for over 10 decades. We mix a blend of the old and the new when creating new sausage flavours. From the local traditions of the Cork Boi Sausage to our internationally inspired Sweet Mediterranean Sausage, we are always looking for new flavours, creating sausages that our customers can enjoy. We blend all our own sausage seasoning in our Spice Room where we think, talk and share our love of making proper sausages. Our Sausage range can be found in local food shops & butcher’s in Cork and selected SuperValu stores throughout the country, or if you find yourself wandering around the beautiful city of Cork, pop into one of our shops at the English Market or Winthrop Street. #ProperSausages
