About O Foods

Outside of Winnipeg, in the heart of Manitoba oat growing region, O Foods Ltd. is constructing a state-of-the-art oat mill with plans to supply the industry by late 2022. O Foods will mill both conventional and organic oats to supply the food processing market with flakes, groats, steel-cut and whole oat flour. Products will be supplied in 50 lb bags, tote sacs and bulk. Rail service through CP, CN, and BNSF will provide superior bulk rail logistics options. O Foods is a wholly owned subsidiary of Paterson GlobalFoods (PGF) with a long standing history in Canada and the world dating back to 1908. Building on the strengths of PGF gives O Foods the ability to efficiently source high quality milling oats and select varieties for IP (identity preserved) milling. Adjacent to the O Foods oat mill site is a research farm that will explore opportunities with new varieties and practices to meet the industry needs. O Foods will bring solutions to the entire oat milling supply chain.
