About O.N.E. Hospitality Group
O.N.E. Hospitality Group started when owner Toni Calderone opened Tutoni's Restaurant in downtown York with then partner Tony Calderone in 2014. From then on, the gears kept turning as Toni searched for ways to bring new and exciting food and beverage experiences to York. In 2016, Toni and partners Allison Witherow, Robert Faucette, and Jordan Pfautz opened Taste Test, a restaurant incubator that strives to strengthen the urban dining scene by providing a platform for aspiring restaurateurs to test and prove their concepts. In early 2017, Tutoni's opened The King George, a members-only speakeasy outfitted with vintage Vegas inspired seating and live entertainment. In 2017 O.N.E. also added Herb & Herd to the mix: a market stand that offers cheese, charcuterie, and scratch pasta. In 2018, they hit the road with the Rig-A-Toni truck and expanded the Tutoni’s catering business. In 2019, Taste Test closed, but The Cantina expanded and re-opened in the former Taste Test space, and Presto Pasteria, the group’s first fast casual restaurant, opened in Lititz PA. At the start of 2020, Aviano’s was opened on the former cafe side of Taste Test. The goal of O.N.E. is to create unique, big city experiences through the medium of food, drink, and design. We live, sleep, eat, and breathe hospitality and can't wait to serve you.
