I’m a policy and S&T innovation strategist working at the intersection of science, technology, and energy systems. With a strong foundation in nuclear and offshore wind policy, I specialize in advancing early-stage research initiatives that support national security, resilient infrastructure, and equitable access to emerging technologies. My work spans public and private sectors—connecting federal programs, commercial partners, and academic institutions to accelerate progress in advanced materials, AI-enabled research, and sustainable energy. I’ve led projects that involve legislative analysis, grant development, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on enabling access to shared research resources and supporting underrepresented institutions.
