About Oak Meadows Senior Living
At Oak Meadows, we strongly believe in the idea of community. Classes, games, friendly competitions, trips, and service opportunities are among the many activities our residents enjoy. Ongoing social and emotional development is encouraged, resulting in strong individuals with lifelong friendships. Oak Meadows Senior Living is conveniently located off of Radio Dr. & Hwy. 94 in Oakdale, Minnesota, next to Woodbury, Lake Elmo and St. Paul. And only 15-20 miles from Minneapolis, Minnesota. We pride ourselves in the quality of life here on our campus, and have won numerous awards for programs, services, and the beautiful grounds. We offer 24/7 care, on-site, with nurses here 7 days a week, during the day, and always on call. We have a full service dining room offering delicious meal options prepared from scratch by highly-trained chefs. Our full-time chaplain provides church services, devotions, and prayer groups in person and on our in-house channel. .We currently offer Independent Living (62 apartments), Assisted Living (48 apartments) and Memory Care (12 apartments) in a variety of sizes and floor plans. Oak Meadows opened on April 1, 1998 (no foolin'!) and many of our staff have been here 15+ years.
