About Oak Valley Development
Oak Valley Development was founded on April 1st, 1996. Paul Dodd and Steve Rapinchuk, who had been working together as PS Engineering, joined together with two independent consultants, Russ Tavernetti and Caryl Schoppet, to form a team with a good mixture of hardware and software skills. In 2000 Steve Schwarzenbach joined the company, enhancing our hardware capabilities. Over the years we have been able to maintain low overhead so that we can provide quality engineering at a reasonable price.
