The selection criteria in the appointment of our lecturers are rigorous. Each has a proven record of outstanding lecturing ability and is able to identify and unlock the talent that each student possesses in order to assist them in pushing the boundaries and exceeding expectations. Oakfields College comprises a number of faculties but the structuring of the courses is designed, where possible, to accommodate inter-faculty flexibility, offering a broader platform for further studies. This cross-pollination – for example, the PR/Events management students organise the Battle of the Bands for the sound students; the photography students take photos at the fashion show put together by the fashion students, etc – this promotes strong cohesion and co-operation in a multi-disciplinary environment. The progress and development of every student is closely monitored with smaller lecture groups and tutorial participation. By choosing Oakfields College you obviously have sincere career intentions. Oakfields College has strong ties with international and local educational institutions/organisations. We offer part time and full time courses. Our part time courses are set out for working individuals who want to learn a new skill in a short space of time, whereas our full time courses are focused on students coming out of school who have full days to attend classes.
