About Oakwood Creative Care
Oakwood Creative Care was formed in 1975 by a group of AWESOME women who recognized a need in the community to provide a safe, nurturing day environment for adults, facing physical and/or mental challenges unable to remain alone at home. In April of 2013 Sirrine Adult Day Health Services formally changed their name to Oakwood Creative Care. Oakwood currently offers innovative Day Clubs in Mesa:: Town Center Day Club (247 N. MacDonald), Red Mountain Day Club (7550 E. Adobe Road) in Mesa, The Perfect Place (23914 S. Alma School Raod), and The Dementia Hub (6915 E. Main St). Oakwood Day Clubs provide a place for vulnerable population afflicted with Alzheimer’s Disease, other dementias, stroke, and other conditions of impairment a place to belong, contribute, and have an awesome day.
