OAS FCU was established in 1962 by people from all over the Americas coming together to create a member-owned cooperative designed to provide financial solutions where banks could not. From humble beginnings, our cooperative has grown to serve the financial needs of more than 8,500 members worldwide, including employees of the Organization of American States (OAS), National Geographic Society, CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), and nearly 40 other organizations – as well as their family and household members.
