About Oasipor Medical

We are a Portuguese company, which started its activity in 2003 in response to a challenge posed by some private companies in the health sector. In a first phase, we started the production of non-sterile disposable medical devices and later we started the production and commercialization of sterile medical devices such as surgical covers and surgical gowns. We currently develop, produce and distribute sterile and non-sterile disposable medical devices under our own MedicalWear® brand and distribute protective material for healthcare services. More recently, MedicalWear® developed the s-POD concept that allows you to produce a pack with the necessary components for any specific surgical procedure. We work with healthcare professionals to continually improve our range of products and develop diverse technical solutions and specific responses to the needs of each client. We meet delivery deadlines and maintain permanent and dynamic contact with our customers and business partners. Oasipor - Medicalwear S.A. is certified by the normative reference ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 through the Certification Body TÜV Rheinland. All medical devices produced by Oasipor bear the CE marking, in compliance with Directive No. 93/42/EEC of June 14, transposed into national legislation by Decree-Law No. 145/09 of June 17, 2009, in the case of sterile class I medical devices, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2017/745 of April 5, in the case of class I medical devices.
