About OB Traffic

We are single-mindedly driven by an idea that others in the ITS industry have referred to as "crazy" and a "waste of time". What is our world shattering "crazy" idea? We actually talk to folks and listen when they speak. We do not blindly pester our customers, clients and friends with the constant annoyance of "BUY THIS, BUY THAT". We do not push folks into purchasing a bland, white-bread, low quality product just for the sake of profit (we would never represent such a product). How do we communicate with folks? We ask about their problems, we actively listen, we ask detailed questions, and then we provide a potential solution (By “problems”, we’re referring to work projects or products, but we're always here if you want to talk about other stuff too). If we do not provide the product or service that solves your problem, we provide you with contact info to a company or individual who can. Heck, we will even do an introduction. Do we profit in these cases? No. Do we care? No. What do we care about? At the end of a long work day, while you're sitting on your porch as the sun is setting on the horizon (hopefully not staring into it), and smiling because you’re happy. You’re happy because a major pain-point in the posterior of your work was removed. We do not pitch products. We deliver solutions. Maybe it's just us, but helping folks is not something we consider a "crazy waste of time".
