About Oberlin Finance Club
The Oberlin Finance Club (OFC) is a student-run investment fund with approximately $400,000 in assets under management. Our mission is to provide members with hands-on experience in equity and fixed-income research, preparing them for both academic and professional environments. We are dedicated to educating our members in finance and investing principles, equipping them with the technical and professional skills essential for careers in financial services. Our investments are divided into three funds: Growth, Value, and Macro. Each week, our investment teams meet to discuss market trends, investment opportunities, and strategies. Since its establishment in 2000, OFC has been committed to benefiting the Oberlin community. We donate 3% of our AUM back to the college on an annual basis, from which the school offers scholarships to students with financial needs.
