For over 20 years OCCA has been a creative hub of interior architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement and hotel branding. OCCA is a multi-disciplinary studio specialising in hotels, hospitality and luxury residential projects. Originally founded in 2003 by Kate Mooney, OCCA has built a reputation for combining design excellence with commercial and operational expertise. With a portfolio that includes many projects for the world's best-known global hotel groups including Marriot; IHG; Hilton; Choice; Accor & Wyndham, we deliver innovative new concepts for their portfolios of hotels and international hospitality brands. We work passionately across pioneering mid-scale concepts through to premium & luxury properties, developing successful, longstanding relationships with our clients and the wider design team of Architects, Engineers, M&E Consultants, and Contractors. We deliver individual, bespoke designs, embracing our client’s goals for the site by responding to location & architecture to create a strong sense of place & provenance in our projects.
