I’ve loved dressing up since I was a little girl and it will never change. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for immediately removing my bra and getting in my comfy’s as soon as I get in from work! But getting dressed up is something that I love to do, I do it for ME, to make me feel better, to remind myself that I can ‘scrub up well’ haha. This is something you should be able to feel and experience too. Now in my 5th year of styling women, nothing gives me more joy than seeing the transformations. The women I've styled truly buzz from the sheer fun and experience of it. What I’ve found over the years is that many women are OK at choosing the odd item but tend to struggle at pulling a whole outfit together. This is where I can help. I started Occasion Hire for a number of reasons: · The Environment. Buying an item of clothing and just wearing it once is unacceptable. · The Cost. A posh outfit is expensive to purchase. · The Fit. Our size changes constantly. · The Choice. Shopping can be overwhelming, and stressful. · The Time. Busy Mum’s and/or career women can’t afford to waste time. · The Internet. Monitors vary the colour, sizing varies, and returns mean another trip to the Post Office. So how does it work? No appointment is needed. Pop into our boutique and either browse or come prepared to try on. Bring your heels, fave bra and shapewear. Hire is for 7 days and includes cleaning. Dresses can be booked in advance or taken straight away. A deposit is required and please have some ID on you with your current address. There’s free parking on the streets or at Carlton Square.
