We help youth grow into tomorrow's leaders through Scouting | Triangle and Fayetteville areas of North Carolina For almost a century, Occoneechee Council has helped NC youth develop leadership skills, responsibility, patriotism, moral integrity and service to others. The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
