Oceans 21 Resorts International is destined to be a world-class gaming resort located on prime beachfront property in the pristine Riviera Maya just south of Cancun, Mexico. The resort’s main objective is to become a flagship of the industry by producing the first and only 7.5-diamond resort in the world. The project has been in production for nearly 5 years and over $20 Million USD have been personally added to the project by its founder and visionary Vincenzo Gentile over the years. The project not only has the backing of Mexican Federal officials in the area, but it also has the first Group 1A gaming license in Mexico attached to the plan with approvals. The properties for the project are already in negotiation and waiting for funding to be completed in order to move forward. The properties have over 1.3 kilometers of beachfront property exclusive to resort guests, and the plans to develop and operate the Resort and Casino have all been completed. There will be a focus on VIP clients from around the world with a nearby airport, the creation of a Marina for luxury yachts, VIP and celebrity areas for private gaming and resort stays, private villa sales, an exclusive spa, a residential golf course (PGA certified), and a private island. This project is set to move forward with construction beginning in 3Q 2022 and a fully formed workforce complement in place by 3Q 2024. Oceans 21 Motion Pictures and other amenities will also be added. The full project is predicted to reach $2.272 Billion USD when the total project is complete. Project senior funding has been secured and we are currently waiting for the first tranche to be applied in January 2022.
