About Oceanside Psychology Group
Oceanside Psychology Group is a psychologist-led psychotherapy practice that specializes in providing Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based psychological services to youth and adults, including individuals, couples, and families. We offer both in-person and online therapy to residents across BC. Our physical office is located on the 6th floor of the Lake City Centre Professional Building at 3292 Production Way in Burnaby. We are conveniently located right next to the Production Way-University SkyTrain Station and central to Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, Surrey, and the Tri-Cities. Transforming stuck, painful, and unhelpful emotions is our specialty. Whether clients come on their own or with a partner or family member, we help them approach difficult emotions in a way that supports them in transforming them. We specialize in addressing difficulties related to: complex trauma, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem/insecurities, emotion dysregulation, and distressing relationship patterns by getting to the core feelings and ways of relating to the self and others that keep people stuck. We strive to help clients have more of the emotions they want, less of the emotions they don’t want, and live more fulfilling lives. For professionals, we are committed to advancing the practice and growth of EFT on the west coast in the service of providing the highest quality clinical care to our communities.
