About OCR Architecture

We are an energetic team of architects and designers based in Appledore and Bristol, covering the South West and beyond, focussing on creating individually crafted and carefully considered homes. From complete builds to conversions, extensions and re-modelling what’s already there, our progressive designs focus on details, materials, and thoughtful spaces that work for our clients. We focus on our clients' needs and the opportunities that their sites offer, to develop schemes that inspire and challenge. We utilise modern technology and construction methods to supplement designs that respond to the natural sustainable opportunities of the site, and we are passionate about creating beautifully crafted, low impact spaces using Passivhaus principles that offer a sense of connection to place, community and landscape. In working collaboratively and with imagination, heart and responsibility, we aim to create sustainable spaces to enjoy and connect with; positively influencing how our clients live, work, relax, socialise and interact through thoughtful design.
