Training We work directly with Executive Search firms and Talent Directors to deliver in-depth training on end-to-end search delivery and headhunting methodologies. We cover all aspects of headhunting for Researchers, Associates, Consultants and Talent Managers, enabling a high standard of project delivery and client outcomes. We have seen that development of researchers and talent managers tends to be on-the-job, with some initial training centred around key processes and procedures. Through a mixture of theory and practical elements, our course is designed to provide a deeper level of understanding on all aspects of search delivery from the briefing stage through to delivery of a long list.
