Odd Balance was co-founded by Emili Sindlev, a Copenhagen-based stylist and digital creative known for her bold aesthetic and playful style. She brings that same energy and vision into the world of matcha. Together with our other co-founder, who brings years of experience in the US food & beverage industry, they set out to create the kind of matcha brand they felt was missing: one that blends Japanese tradition with Scandinavian simplicity and a fresh, modern vibe. Emili and the team are passionate about high-quality, organic, ceremonial-grade matcha and embracing an Odd Balance lifestyle.
