Odense Marcipan is the world’s leading manufacturer of marzipan and marzipan-related products. The company is represented on all markets where marzipan is used, and ODENSE is the largest brand in the Scandinavian countries. ODENSE products are available on the bakery, food service and retail markets, and the products are widely used in the food industry by many leading cake and confectionery manufacturers. Ever since it was founded in 1909, Odense Marcipan has focused its efforts on producing marzipan of the very best quality. The company’s range of products has expanded over time, and today Odense Marcipan stands for quality and inspiration for those tempting moments. Odense Marcipan manufactures more than 170 different types of marzipan, all adapted to a variety of different recipes, markets and customers. Odense Marcipan is one of the few manufactures to use original Italian millstones, which give the marzipan a good, coarse texture that brings out the flavour of the almonds.
