We gather information from clients to generate action plans and implement client themes into the show production. - Onsite Production -- Rehearsal Management, Presenter Coaching, Script/Show Flow Management, Presenter/Talent Wrangling, and Show Calling. Our team will work with the AV provider and client to prepare all elements of the show in advance of attendee arrival. - Post-Event Services -- Show Flow Analysis, Post-mortem Review and Analysis, and Archiving. Video Production: - Pre-Production – we work with you on concept development, then proceed to script writing and storyboarding. We also select the best resources for each job and expertly manage your project within budget - Production – our team captures all footage in high definition to ensure that your project can be used in perpetuity on your Web site, via promotional distribution, for lobby playback, trade show booths, PowerPoint intros, even for TV broadcast - Post-Production – we assemble your video project in one of our three non-linear editing suites and then enhance it with music, visual effects, motion graphics and narration as needed
