Built on our experience since 2002 and having seen the incredible benefits that can come from integrating learning and development with spending time 'in nature', on: thinking, attitude, behaviour, ways of working and peoples sense of wellbeing, we provide bespoke programmes that integrate the best of the 'traditional', with learning about wellbeing and spending time in 'nature's development space', providing solutions that are: Good for People, Good for Business and Good for our World • Development with a deeper purpose than just 'gaining new knowledge and skills' • Development that genuinely allows people to 'Re Think : Re Charge : Re Focus and Re Boot' We provide 4 core development experiences, that can be easily adapted: #1 Ukukhula Indaba: the ‘gathering for growth’ A bespoke corporate programme for groups of up to 12 participants as either a stand-alone or integrated element of graduate, leadership and team development initiatives #2 Ubuholi Indaba: the ‘leadership gathering’ A leadership development and networking programme designed for small business owners, providing them with access to like-minded entrepreneurs and powerful personal development #3 Iqembu Indaba: the ‘group gathering’ A developmental networking retreat that is dedicated to meeting the needs of specific professional groups (e.g. HR Directors), providing them with a unique knowledge sharing, problem solving, peer exchange, networking and personal development opportunity #4 Invictus Indaba: the ‘unconquerable gathering’ A personal development retreat for individuals that are looking for a powerful personal development experience, personal coaching, and the opportunity to be actively involved in critical conservation projects 20% of all profits are donated to 2 causes: the Invictus programme for disadvantaged young adults and Wild Tomorrow Fund who undertake critical wildlife and wild habitat conservation work in South Africa.
