Odyssey Partners has been formed to take advantage of real estate development and investment opportunities in the intermountain west generally, and Utah in particular. As native Utahns we love the growth story taking place along the Wasatch Front and throughout the intermountain west. Birth rates, immigration rates, infrastructure development, education levels, taxation rates, and many other factors support this area continuing to boom over the next fifty years. We see an opportunity to provide very high-level sophisticated development and management services to the undeserved portions of Utah’s real estate market. We seek to develop and manage Public Charter Schools, industrial flex properties, small retail properties, office properties, and other properties that are generally owned and managed by one-off entities and have historically been under-managed. We plan on taking our background working at one of the largest and most-respected real estate developers in the intermountain west and applying it to this undeserved portion of the market to create a unique niche. In addition, this venture creates a unique opportunity for investors to participate in a professionally managed company as most of the large local developers do not solicit or need outside capital.
