We believe it should. We are Office of Design. Since 2004, the team at Office of Design has been creating thriving environments and enhancing experiences through purposeful design. Office of Design provides exceptional design services to Owners and Developers working in Multi-family, Municipal, and Hospitality/Retail environments. Through collaboration and communication, we develop lasting relationships built on timeless design and continued client engagement. . Services: Guidance – Assist the client in making sound decisions concerning the project from start to finish. Stewardship – Manage client funds and resources during both design and construction phases. Want vs. Need – Rarely can a client’s budget cover every possible want and need, we assist the client in determining a hierarchy of goals for the project, enabling good decision making and use of project funds. Big Picture – Projects are not limited to the design of the building alone, many factors play a part in ensuring that a project is successful, we consider all the angles when planning your project. Agency – Represent the client when dealing with outside sources. Assemble and manage a team of project consultants including interior designers, engineers and special consultants. Architects are the “general contractors” of the design phase. Appropriate Design - A good architect doesn’t force the issue, instead, we allow all the factors influencing the project to play a part in determining the design direction.
