VISION Leading the Northern Cape Province to prosperity with a quality life for all. MISSION To provide strategic leadership that will stimulate economic growth to its full potential and ensure high levels of social development. STRATEGIC GOALS To render admin & financial support to the executive Council, the Premier and the Office of the Premier and to effectively evaluate departmental implementation of policies and programmes. Ensure coordinated and integrated policy development and planning. Facilitate and provide strategic Leadership and giudance as well as monitering for progressive realisation of the objectives and targets of the Northern Cape Provincial Growth and Development Strategy. To establish and maintain efficient and effective service delivery through sound intergovernmental, inter-departmental and sector relations. Promote good governance that is people centerd and that imprves the quality of life of all the citizens of the province, in in particular, the vulnerable groups. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES The Office of the Premier derives its mandate from the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa of 1999. The core work of the office is to ensure that it generally improves the efficiency and effectiveness of governance within the office throughout the provincial government system.
