About Official H2O
In return for customer rental of the equipment and use within manufacturer guide lines, Official H20 will maintain the equipment for the duration of the Rental Agreement. This will remain in effect for all renewals of the Rental Agreement. Included Items: All Service Calls All Parts All Labor Including Travel All filters for W9, W9CT, i14, i15, i16, i30, and Manitowoc commercial ice units Free Loaner Units Full Replacement Guarantee If repairs cannot be made, Official H2O will replace the equipment with another model of equal or greater capabilities at no additional cost. Performance Guarantee In the event that the customer becomes aware that the equipment does not meet minimum performance standards, customer agrees to notify Official H2O in writing within ten (10) days of the unsatisfactory performance. Official H20 shall have 5 business days to correct the specific problem. In the event that specific issue is not corrected as provided herein, the customer will be issued a check from Official H2O equal to the amount of one month’s rental payment per non-performing system and for each month of non-performance commencing with the date of first receipt of written notification of non-performance.
