Founded by William Smith and Jackson Taylor, Offshored was born from a shared understanding of the operational challenges faced by growing businesses — and a long-standing friendship dating back to high school. Jackson spent over 13 years working as a Project Engineer with Multiplex and Lendlease, leading large-scale commercial and health infrastructure projects across Australia. His experience managing complex builds in the healthcare sector gave him firsthand insight into the inefficiencies around construction admin, procurement, and design coordination — much of which could be streamlined offshore. Meanwhile, William had built and led national businesses in aged care, education, and vocational training. With experience working across compliance-heavy sectors and managing teams both locally and offshore, he saw the same need for lean, skilled support that didn’t compromise on quality or oversight. Their professional paths crossed in the healthcare construction space, where both saw the opportunity to build a new kind of BPO — one grounded in Australian business values, but powered by smart offshore delivery. Jackson began outsourcing construction admin and drafting roles to the Philippines, while Will led the setup of operations on the ground, embedding local teams trained specifically to meet Australian standards. Today, Offshored delivers full-time staffing solutions across administration, customer service, accounting, architecture, and back office roles — along with a flexible bookkeeping model tailored to small businesses that need consistent financial support without full-time overheads.
