Our vision, from the outset, and which continues to this day for the future of plastic injection moulding, is for a business that delivers on its promises and puts quality first while creating an environment in which all employees can thrive in both Oxford and South Wales. The growth of OGM has been built on a combination of the highest level of customer service, technical excellence, innovation In 1968, we moved to premises in Eynsham, near Oxford. Over the next thirty years, our business grew consistently year-on-year, and more space was needed to keep up with customer demand for plastic injection mouldings. We built a new factory on the Eynsham site in 1999, and added a dedicated toolroom in 2003. Today, OGM is still owned by its founding families, and we are proud to look back on our history of success. But we never stop striving for innovation and growth, and in 2011 we moved to our new state-of-the-art injection moulding factory at Yarnton, just outside Oxford. Our business today OGM is a forward-looking company, always striving to become more efficient and competitive against plastic injection moulders operating in low-cost countries. A focus on quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and we are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003. Our approach to production is based on the principles of Lean manufacturing and a dedication to continuous improvement. Our constant focus is to make processes more efficient and to reduce waste ensuring a competitive cost position in our market.
