About OHBS

We are a team of lawyers with extensive experience working for leading international law firms. We joined forces in 2010, and initially operated under the name OHB. After expanding our team by merging with Salač Legal who are specialists in providing consultancy for German-speaking clients in 2020, we now operate under the name OHBS. We advise our clients in all spheres of business and commercial law, particularly in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, M&A, project finance, insolvency law, employment law, transport law and IP&IT. We protect the rights and interests of our clients in disputes, whether before the courts, during arbitration proceedings, or with government administrative offices of the Czech Republic and the European Union. We advise and represent foreign and domestic companies as well as private clients. We have extensive experience providing consultancy across all sectors of industry and services, particularly in banking, property development, construction, international transport, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the automobile industry and agro-industry.
