About Ohio University Wandell Leadership Fellows

The Wandell Leadership Fellows program (formerly The Select Leadership Development Program) accelerates personal growth, professional development, and leadership identity of high-potential students using principle-based leadership practices. Wandell Fellows begin the process of discovering their leadership identity through leadership curriculum, self-assessments, 360-degree feedback, and coaching sessions. Members apply what they have learned during engagements with real-world executives and networking trips to engage professionals in other cities. Furthermore, they utilize their leadership to serve others through mentoring other students and participating in community service events. Our History The Wandell Leadership Fellows program was founded in 2009 and was an evolved result of a merger between the Corporate Leadership Fellows group and the Business Fellows group. Currently, Wandell Fellows has 36 members and is headed by Dr. Jen Traxler, who comes from a strong industry background.
