With our partner Enlight Media, we developed In Context™, an online video-based program, which arose from our belief that knowing better compels us to do better. This saleable program provides historical context to inclusion and belonging programs. It aims to foster mutual accountability between employees and employers and to enhance the impact of training within and beyond the organization.
