Our work not only addresses the critical shortage of affordable housing but also provides sustainable solutions by significantly reducing the environmental footprint associated with new construction. For instance, by renovating rather than building new, we save 60–102 trees per 2,000-square-foot home and ensure our properties are 60% more energy-efficient, saving families an average of $219 per month in utility costs.
