OJG is a privately owned strip out & demolition company targeting projects in the UK. Primarily working for main contractors we have gained significant experience in our sector. We recognised early on that contractors need a competent supply chain to deliver their project on time, every time. OJG’s services are the first link in the chain for a successful project. OJG have a strong focus on client relationships by providing a tailored and considerate approach to our business sector. Specifically, we provide soft strip-out, demolition, waste management, isolation of electrical and other services alongside the removal of hazardous substances such as asbestos (Using a licenced remover). We also provide the provision of qualified and professional labour on a short or long term basis. Our business is based around integrity both on and off site. With a keen eye for health and safety, our workers are briefed before every job while 5 point PPE is required and monitored throughout the project. OJG ensure our own independent risk assessments and method statements are carried out on each project and clearly explained to our project workforce through site inductions and regular tool box talks. We recognise that a clean, well run and professional site reflects well on you and your client and we pride ourselves on ensuring this is maintained throughout our time on your project. Quality, safety, efficiency and value are the core considerations when delivering our element of work as we recognise that the handover of this stage of a project in a timely fashion is crucial to the success of the whole process.
