Oldach has been established in Puerto Rico for over 60 years, and today, represents one of the largest HVAC parts and equipment distributors in Puerto Rico, whose ownership falls between partners Mr. Giancarlo Brito and Mr. Felix Campos. Corporate Headquarters are located in the metropolitan area at Las Palmas Industrial Park in Cataño, focusing its efforts in the distribution of residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, industrial cooling, ventilation, water treatment, replacement parts, installation materials, and air & water filtration. Building infrastructure sums over 224,000 square feet divided between office, warehouse, and showroom spaces distributed in thirteen buildings strategically located throughout Puerto Rico, St. Thomas (USVI), Orlando FL, USA, and Panama. Some of the brands Oldach represents include Midea, MDV, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Armstrong, Allied, Ducane, Danfoss Russell, Loren Cook, Evapco, and many more, depending on the market/territory. Two main divisions lead the sales efforts at Oldach: The Residential & Light Commercial Group and the Commercial & Industrial Group. Both divisions have vast experienced personnel and resources to attend customer needs in the HVAC industry. Oldach Associates, LLC. has been very successful for the past seven years marketing and selling the Midea ductless products, especially the VRF systems. With this success we started marketing and selling large Midea Applied commercial products like Air-Cooled Chillers, Air Handlers, Centrifugal and Screw Chillers during the last couple years. In 2016, Oldachs’ export division; Oldach Trading, LLC, was formed to market and distribute the complete Midea & MDV brands product line in the Caribbean, Central America, Colombia and Ecuador.
