Olive This! is an extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar specialty retail store located in south Charlotte. At Olive This! you have the opportunity to taste and compare more than 45 varieties of the finest imported extra virgin olive oils, all natural, aged balsamic vinegars and specialty oils. We offer a wide range of infused and fused extra virgin olive oils as well as the freshest single varietal extra virgin olive oils available from both the northern and southern hemispheres. Our olives are grown and pressed by artisans and small farms throughout the world and are 100% extra virgin, unfiltered and settled. Our all-natural balsamic vinegars are harvested in Modena, Italy, and aged in oak barrels for up to 18 years.
