Specializing in full-service catering and event planning for upscale events in the region both at client sites and at event spaces and halls. Christopher D. Taube, Executive Chef and Managing Partner of OliveJuice Catering LLC graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institutes Le Cordon Bleu program in 2004 at the top of his class with an AOS in Culinary Arts. He was the employed at the critically acclaimed Painted Horse Cafe in Scottsdale Arizona as the Executive Sous Chef for Chef Bryan Elliot who traveled the world as an estate chef to a multimillionaire and cooked on practically every continent. Mentored in the catering business by Chef Elliot for the next two years he then moved on to be the youngest banquet chef ever employed by Orange Tree Golf Resort in Phoenix Arizona, a Shell Vacations Inc. Championship Golf Property. Additionally Christopher Taube is a prominent chef in the Milwaukee area who has been featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Vital Source Magazine and appeared on WTMj4's morning brunch show. He was also the Executive Chef of the Milwaukee ChopHouse located in Hilton Milwaukee City Center.
