Company Profile Principals: Oliver Custom Homes is owned and managed by Paul, graduate of Texas A&M University. Paul and Matt started the company in 1985. They have become known for the quality of their construction and personal attention they give to each client. Client Profile: Many of their clients work in the high technology industry, such as Advanced Micro Devices IBM, Apple, Dell, in addition to other companies. All their clients demand comprehensive services, such as lot evaluation, preliminary construction costs, scheduling information, architect selection and other aspects of custom home building. Oliver Custom Homes is able to respond aggressively to these needs, minimizing needless costs of both time and money for their clients. Paul and Matt are energetic and resourceful team players, bringing added value to the table as experienced and knowledgeable homebuilders. Methodology and Philosophy: Paul and Matt are among a select group of custom homebuilders that use sophisticated software to estimate, schedule, and track all aspects of the building process. Using this technology, they can control the quality, the scheduling and the budget to create a more predictable process for their clients. Their philosophy is "One of a kind, One at a time". This means that every home built by Oliver Custom Homes is unique and that every client has their full attention before, during and most importantly, after the house is completed. Professional Associations and Civic Groups: Oliver Custom Homes is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders Association of Austin, and the Austin Green Builders Program. Matt is past member of the Board of Directors for the HBA of Greater Austin and is past Chairman of the HBA's Custom Builder's Council. Paul is a certified NAHB Graduate Master Builder.
