About Olivia Caplan Design

Olivia Caplan Design offers a complete interior design service for residential properties in London and the South West. From smaller sourcing or upholstery jobs to full renovations, Olivia will guide you through the process. Olivia has a wealth of knowledge of not just interior design but can also bring in her Surveying skills when required. Olivia initially started her career at a large property consultancy and estate agency firm working in central London having studied Real Estate at University. She since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Prior to that Olivia consulted on Stage 3 and 4 designs for residential developments across London as well as selling properties in need of work through Auction. In 2020 Olivia enrolled at KLC School of Design and completed the Residential Certificate course as well as undertaking the online Diploma at the Interior Design Institute. Following KLC, Olivia was asked to take on a role at a London based residential developer. This included the design of a number of show flats as well as instructing third party designers. She now runs Olivia Caplan Design full time.
