We are not resellers (where the dresses are made by another company and then resold). We only use high quality, bridal tulle that is apparel grade tulle which is lead safe nylon (different from craft tulle) and is manufactured in North America (made in USA). Because our tulle has to pass very stringent quality tests, the federal government recognizes nylon as being inherently flame retardant. Many companies use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant and the chemicals used are unknown.❤️ ❤️RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY❤️ Due to the handmade nature of our items we are unable to "postpone" an order once it is purchased. Dresses are handmade, custom items and are also not returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any dresses after 24 hours from your purchase. This has *always* been our dress policy but I wanted to make sure we cover it clearly again due to the recent confusion with the virus. It takes a lot of time to order fabrics, hand cut every order and then sew every single dress. Our dresses are made with growing room and are unique in that they do fit multiple sizes the way they are made.
