OLM Consulting Ltd are a leading pool water consultancy that provides technical support, advice as well as certified and bespoke training to the wet leisure industry. OLM Consulting Ltd is a dynamic company formed between three leading swimming pool water treatment consultants Ian Ogilvie, Richard Lamburn and Robin Mitchell. Along with Office Manager Laura the team offer services to the wet leisure industry including, detailed design specifications for swimming pool water treatment projects, compliance audits, certified and bespoke pool plant training, formation of compliance documents implementing industry best practice and expert advice and solutions for sustainable pool water treatment. Ian Ogilvie Ian’s comprehensive experience in leisure centre management, includes, centre management, duty management, operations management and technical management and has afforded him a broad knowledge of leisure operations combining this to health and safety in 2007. Richard Lamburn Richard has spent the last 7 years with Swim England as the Head of facilities, he is a vastly experienced expert in swimming pool operation and design. He began his career operationally managing facilities, following that he spent 5 years as a pool plant technical manager for a training organisation, leading on the training of over 3,000 operators a year. He is now providing advice and consultancy ensuring that new built facilities and refurbishments Robin Mitchell Robin Mitchell is the founder of Pioneering Pool Solutions and one half of swimming pool consultancy partnership Mitchell and Ogilvie. He has over 25 year’s experience within the industry including 6 years in swimming pool operational management, 2 years as a tutor in higher education, 7 years working as a technical advisor within the swimming pool chemical sector for Brenntag and 11 years running his own consultancy business. He also holds a BA degree in Leisure Management from Abertay University.
