About Olson & Burns

We currently represent more than 40 banks and other financial institutions throughout the state. We also represent many business clients and many individuals on a wide range of issues. Our attorneys provide legal representation throughout North Dakota, with attorneys in Minot, Kenmare, and Fargo. We regularly appear in all state and federal courts in North Dakota. Members of our firm have handled more than 50 North Dakota Supreme Court Appeals. Our attorneys have also appeared and argued cases in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Our attorneys are active in both the legal community of the state and various community minded organizations. Financial law is one of our strongest areas of expertise. We represent more than 40 banks and financial institutions throughout North Dakota.
