Olympia Physical Therapy and Performance is a company that provides its services based on community, family, and genuine support. With this in mind, we strive to provide high-level, individualized care to athletes and active individuals who are looking to increase their performance holistically. We believe that performance is multifaceted. Without addressing all of the factors, including physical impairments and movement mechanics, nutrition, hydration, overall health and fitness, mental health, and social factors, we would feel as if we are doing the patients we serve a disservice. For those who are motivated, want to create real change in their bodies, and are ready to commit to a focused plan, we are ready and equipped to get results. We use high-level motion capture analysis and force plate data, expert physical therapy techniques, strength and conditioning programming, nutrition consulting, and yoga and mindfulness to get there. Our cash-based invoicing system allows us to meet our patients where they are at and have the resources to give them what they need, when they need it, at their convenience, 1 on 1. While we love our time in the clinic, Olympia is 50% on the field! Meaning we travel to teams to cover games, be onside assistance as needed, assist our athletes in their warm-ups, and provide counsel to coaches and families in real time. We believe that this blended approach allows us to create a deeper community within the Olympia Family.
