About Omega Real Estate Omega Real Estate was founded in 1988 by Bazil Naidoo, he formed the company after a 15 year career working for various banks. It's from these humble beginnings that the company grew to a total staff complement of 30 property sales consultants, who benefited from intense training, marketing, networking & skills development related to property & the financial services industry. Over the years we have formed very beneficial associations with various banks, attorneys, chartered accountants, engineers, architects, construction firms & other related professionals, our clients have access to these service providers at very competitive rates & outstanding service. Omega Real Estate has concluded substantial property sales in there residential market, commercial & industrial, vacant land & developments. Omega Real Estate has a huge data base of very satisfied clients in the Western Cape & nationally who are continually looking at buying & selling or investing in property. In 2000 the company moved to its head office in Parow, the northern Suburbs of Cape Town in the Western Cape. In 2010, Desigan Naidoo bought the business from Bazil Naidoo. His office manager oversees all administration, marketing and sales agents, continuous staff training and IT support, with state of the the art computer technology and networking with other estate agencies. Omega Real Estate is a truly empowerment company, assisting individuals to make money through the property business whether it is buying, selling or investing. It also affords the opportunity to real estate agents & candidate trainee estate agents to build careers worth having & businesses worth owning. The biggest & most valuable asset anyone can acquire in their lifetime is real estate & we look forward to assisting & being part of that process to buyers, sellers or investors.
