With a thriving community of 4,000+ members and partnerships with 20+ global brands like Nike, Patagonia, and Eastpak, we’re redefining what it means to build inclusive, future-ready workplaces. Through tailored programs, strategic partnerships, and flagship events across Europe, we help brands recruit, engage, and collaborate with bicultural talent while fostering a supportive community that drives lasting impact. Our story began in 2019, launching from an accelerator at Impact Hub Amsterdam with a vision to create a space where bicultural professionals could thrive. When the world shut down in 2020, we expanded globally, hosting a summit with nearly 200 speakers and forging cross-continental partnerships. By 2021, we welcomed 500 founding members to our platform, and by 2022, we had grown to 1,500 members across 70 countries, hosting over 100 events and collaborating with brands like Adidas, Google, Netflix, and Patagonia. Today, in a world that often feels more disconnected and divided, Omek is a thriving home for bicultural professionals—offering opportunities to find purpose, grow meaningful connections, and create impact through their work.
