Founded in Maryland, U.S.A., in 2009, and operating since 2013, we are an MBE/DBE certified Small Business serving the transportation industry. We are an up and coming firm providing core services in Systems Engineering and Management consulting. We are a new firm, but our expertise is based on a combination of strategic thinking and significant hands-on project experience – many of our team members have over two decades of experience in their respective careers fields and have made significant contributions in their line of work. We provide services to Government and private industry Clients throughout the United States. Our core services are systems engineering and management consulting. We specialize in providing vehicle/systems engineering, operations and maintenance support (O&M), quality assurance/inspection, system safety certification support, training and evaluation program development, and project management support services to the mass transit and railroad industry. Our experienced team champions our client’s efforts in addressing the challenges faced during the lifecycle of “assets” – vehicles, wayside systems, and shop/facility equipment. Our highly competent and comprehensive staff includes seasoned engineers/managers and members who have previously worked on major projects for railcar builders, fleet O&M contractors, transit agency engineering/maintenance departments, vehicle subsystem suppliers, and commuter railroads. Our vehicle/systems engineering capabilities comprise all modes of transit and railroad – Light Rail, Metro (Subway), Commuter/Passenger Rail, and Bus. We are a DBE firm and currently MBE/DBE certified by Maryland, Massachusetts, California, Hawaii, Delaware, Washington Metro, District of Columbia, Connecticut, Georgia, and New York. In addition, we are currently pursuing certifications in other markets –Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
