Omnia Technologies is a branch of Gruppo Sunino Spa, italian-based manufacturer of plastic injected parts for the packaging, toys, consumer goods and sport industries. Omnia Tech. aims to support industrial activities in the plastic injection world granting transparency, efficiency, safety and reliability. Omnia Technologies support toys manufactures worldwide to reduce their dependency from manual labour by introducing sustainable and efficient automations to streamline manufacturing processes. Our aim is to sustain the production of safe and fun toys worldwide by converting an industry which is heavily dependent on labour to highly automated facilities. Hong Kong is the regional HQ, with 2 people employed and 3 more profiles joining before summer 2019. The expansion plan foresees a testing laboratory and a supporting go-down hiring a total of 4 more profiles within May 2020. Omnia will independently design and manufacture production lines granting secrecy and time effective results to the factories expanding its radius to other industries heavily affected by lack of available labour. A pool of experienced and committed mold-makers, designers and hot runner experts constitute the most efficient way to bring to client the best result expected in terms or cost, speed and quality. All started leveraging on the excessive capacity of highly equipped moldmakers and poorly saturated molders to achieve the highest results in the plastic injection process, granting cost efficiency and quality. We prospectively look into solutions to issues that with high probability will occur in the development process. We achieve this running pattern analysis, RPs, molds, deeply studying clients expectations and advising the possible solutions the market can offer.
