Omnitherapy is a first-of-its-kind CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) treatment platform that allows employees to manage their own mental wellbeing through a range of courses which have all been written, researched and developed by NHS clinicians. With content co-created in partnership with one of the UK's leading mental health trusts, our video courses are clinically-effective, research-backed and NHS-approved. Courses are broken down into bitesize, manageable sessions, giving staff the tools and techniques they need to build resilience and better cope with life’s daily challenges. The Omnitherapy app not only allows teams to manage and track their own mental health and wellbeing through the CBT courses, helping them to identify and change their thought patterns, but the tool has also been built with a number of innovative features from expert-led resources and smaller CBT Bites, to mood diaries, activity planners, key moments and more. Users can also connect with others and create their very own social support circles.
