Formed in 1971 and a founder member of TSA (The Survey Association), now celebrating 45 years in business, with a team of approximately 25 fulltime members of staff, On Centre Surveys has gained an enviable reputation for producing high quality, professional Land & Building Surveys throughout the UK and Europe, working for many large organisations, architects and professional individuals. The Directors hold an active day to day role, with strong and decisive leadership, which has maintained our position within the profession over many years. We have invested heavily in our building and leading edge technology, which along with enthusiastic capable staff enables us to offer flexible solutions and provide a professional and accurate product, which represents best value for any project. We are based in the historic town of Warwick in the heart of the Midlands, this central position allows easy access to the main motorway networks of the UK and to airports for access into Europe, at the same time as keeping our services under one roof. Our specialist areas include recording Historical Buildings and Monuments, for which we provide high order measured building surveys and a wide range of topographical surveys to enable landscaping and redesign in various formats, all of which are readily intelligible to industry professionals. Recording guidelines are taken RICS Guidelines professional guidance, global “Measured surveys of land, buildings and utilities” (3rd Edition) at scales of 1/500 and larger and English Heritage metric recording of buildings. In recent years we have been fortunate to have worked on some of the UK’s iconic buildings that include The Tower of London, Warwick Castle, Lincoln Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Battersea Power Station and Gloucester Cathedral just to name a few, along with a large portfolio of National Trust buildings, as well as a number of large projects for major construction companies.
